RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will gladly offer a Refund or Credit Note for any item deemed faulty by our quality control department after our inspection of your returned product. However, this applies only if the item is not replaceable by an exchange.

Return requests must be made in writing within 7 days to info@innervapeco.com.au of receiving your item. Once we have confirmed your exchange with an RA number, the item must be sent back within 42 hours. Please Note:

  • No Refunds will be issued for any reduced or SALE items, unless it is deemed to be a manufacturing fault,
  • A Credit Voucher is not redeemable for cash at any time,
  • All return accepted refunds are applied to the original card or account of purchase, and there is,
  • No Refund or Exchange for a change of mind after purchase.

 

Wholesale Orders

Please note for change of mind wholesale orders, product must be unopened, unused and in a saleable condition to be applicable for return. The return must be within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a credit note or exchange. Refunds are not applicable for wholesale orders. 

Sale or Clearance stock will not be eligible for return of any kind unless it is deemed fault by our quality control department. 

Refunds

If you have been approved for a refund for any of the reasons stated above, refunds will be provided through direct deposit ONLY regardless of what payment method was used at purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.
